Conducted A routine cleaning on a 2019 comfort maker air conditioner. All mechanical components of the system check out at this time. Technician observed voltage distribution system slightly out of manufacturers specifications. Technician presented options HN1 A-E To the customer. The technician also presented the maintenance program to customer. Customer stated that due to the uncertainty of the future of the house he declined both the maintenance program and the possible fault correction. Nothing else to note at this time.
