Completed mechanical, safety, and performance test on air conditioner. Found concern with voltage enhancement system being out of Manufacturers specifications and weak. Also found voltage distribution center has pitted contacts and starting to causing burning and charring. Went over options on page hn13. Chose hn13 c to do both repairs. Replaced faulty voltage enhancing system and upgraded to turbo enhancing system. Replaced burnt distribution system. Cycled and tested. All okay at this time.
