Found old r22 Goodman unit low on charge. Only producing about 9° delta T. Customer complained water leaking out of evap coil cabinet, informed customer this could be rusted out drain pan broken drain pan or clogged condensation drain however technician cannot take apart either coil due to condensation drain caulked to coil cabinet. Customer stated they needed cooling today, had customer sign Leak sheet. Refilled unit to 23° superheat system producing 18+ degree delta t upon departure. System cooled house down 4 degrees while performing repair.
