Brian, the service technician, was on time, professional and also friendly. He could have been set up for success better by having the right air filter replacements with him, if the back office had given him the info on our HVAC system.

Mike came out to our house in the middle of a blizzard, calling ahead to inform us of his eta and arriving promptly. He gave a thorough review to the propane tank and propane fuel systems in the house to reassure us that there was no leak. We were very pleased with how the service call went and with his service in particular. He provided a detailed explanation of the systems and the tests he ran on them. He put our minds at ease.
