Completed Tune ups for 1st and 2nd floors, with cleaning and testing. Gas pressures, and combustion emissions for each boiler tested to manufacture specifications.

Carol called in, mom passed away. went over her cr. bal, next deliv. date. explained if she sells hse she can also inc. the cost of oil in tank. put call b-4 deliv as heat is kept at low temp now. she was thankful for the info.

Tuned up 1st & 2nd floors heating systems. Oil & Gas. Replaced smoke pipe sections and installed new tune up parts. Tested & adjusted combustion on both units to factory specifications.

Replaced Circulator to stop leak and temporarily restored heat to 3 of the 4 zones. Frozen zone needs schedule determined for repairs.
