Allan was wonderful! This service is included in my service contract so that is why the satisfactory rating. Larry B. facilitated my appointment after I had had great difficulty getting a timely annual tune-up. I appreciate greatly his efforts. Not only was Allan prompt (although he was given the wrong appointment time), but alsohe exhibited a clear understanding of his craft and explained what is working well with our system as well as things we might consider planning for going forward. It was delightful working with Allan and I hope to invite him into my home again to service my heating system.
