I just want to express my thanks to Michelle, who sorted through my request for fuel oil delivery as we got below 1/4 tank. 18+ yrs with Borderline/Townsend, I’ve never worried about auto delivery, and became concerned as my fuel level hovered below 1/4 tank. Prior calls indicated a delivery would be made within 5 days…after 5 days, a follow-up phone call indicated no delivery was scheduled…giving me another 5 days… I called again…and was relieved to hear Michelle on the line, who…before I gave my info said “is this Nick?” She knew I was approaching 1/8th tank, and as I explained, my other calls indicated that I don’t have a delivery scheduled. She immediately recognized I was closing on 1/8 tank, and before it became a problem, quickly worked with the Townsend delivery team to expedite delivery. Less than 3 hrs later, I had a delivery. Outstanding Customer Service from Michelle on the telephone front line, and kudos to Townsend for their response. I give Michelle 10 stars. Townsend needs more people like her!
