Arrived onsite and was first shown to the downstairs living room where he showed me every time he turns the printer on, or its in use anyways, the lights dim or flicker for a brief second. After testing i found it to be a heavy draw printer at 9 amps, and recommended either a dedicated line, or a more smart energy printer. Then he showed us to the upstairs bathroom where he had to vanity lights hung, the right one that worked and the left one that flickered on and off. He told me he had pulled it from the old center box that was in the wall originally. We pulled both lights and after testing found that the line from that light to the junction is bad, as well as once he cut the trim piece out to show us the junction, it was just open in a wall. He also brought up surge protection for certain outlets which led me to a discussion a bout whole home surge protection, and then i wrote up a few options for him.
