Arrived onsite and the resident showed me to the kitchen light that no longer works that another company installed. I pulled the light down and tested for voltage, and the correct voltage was in the box but the fixture was bad. He had a replacement there so i made an option to remove and replace the light which i ended up doing. Then we talked smoke/carbon combos detectors, and why what he has is out of date and not up to modern safety standards, and the why. While writing up options Tyler talked to the resident about our vip care plan which peaked some interest so i wrote options with and without it. In the end we replaced all the smoke detectors in the home, and i replaced the kitchen light as well and verified everything is working properly. I left the manual for the type of detectors we are installing in the kitchen with the resident that had the install and replace date written on it as well as a membership pamphlet because they purchased that today as well.
