Arrived onsite where homeowner told us that she has had intermittent cable outages to her TV. She had described xfinity coming out twice now and telling her the cables in the house are old and degraded at certain points in the run such as in the attic, and at certain junctions. The tv cuts in and out and shows interference very frequently. We would have to pull a new coax line from the box outside, up the siding and into the attic where I would split it off from 1 line, into 4 total. One to go to the downstairs coax outlets, 2 for the bedrooms, and 1 to go down into an upstairs room and hit the router as well. We will make all terminations, install the ends onto all the coax, and test and verify it is all working once installed. The resident will also receive 4 new plates to go onto the boxes where the coax will be ran into, for her to connect to.
