For this job, we came out to estimate lighting projects for our customer. Starting in the basement, removing (4) existing flush mount fixtures, utilizing existing switch location and jumpers, we will be cutting in, (8) 4” baffle style lights and adding addition jumpers to the desired lighting locations throughout the home, controlled by a new dimmer switch. In the kitchen, we will be replacing existing bulbed lighting with 4” led retrofits, installing (3) new 4” baffle lights to mirror existing lighting in kitchen. Additionally, we will be relocating the existing ceiling fan using the existing switch bank but pulling a new switch leg and installing a new bar brace box. Lastly, in the kitchen area we will be adding a light over the dining table by utilizing the existing switch bank, pulling a new switch leg and installing a bar brace box to support the new fixture.
