Todays visit was for power loss to there lights and outlets. We checked the breaker and nothing was in the tripped position. So we started our troubleshooting process by opening up devices because our plug testers were reading hot and ground reversed. Our voltage meter was reading 120 volts on all of the circuits hot and neutral wires. We opened every device on the circuit that we could find, and started an elimination process to see where the problem was starting, but unfortunately we could not find the issue today. So a senior technician will be returning as soon as possible to find the problem, and or creating a solution. The customer purchased the membership today. Office will reach out to customer for the return extended diagnostic visit.
