The reason for today’s visit was to assess flickering lights in the primary bathroom vanity light. We arrived to the home we noticed that the lights were flickering quite a bit so we begin our inspection at the main panel which we noticed was the original 1973 split bus panel. Panel had double tap breakers as well as double tapped wires on the neutral bar. The main service cable was cracking opening showing deterioration inside. We then started inspecting the switches in the bathroom and found that the switch control in the vanity light was indeed broken and need to be repla
