Had a door spring break on a Sunday. Called Action Garage Door Repair first thing Monday morning. They said they'd have a technician at the house between 10am and 1pm. About 30 minutes later, the dispatcher called and said they had someone available right away and asked if I was going to be home. "Sure" I replied. Next thing, I get a text with the picture and name of the tech. Nathan, the tech, arrives within a few minutes, introduces himself, and gives the garage door a thorough inspection. He explained what needed to be done and provided me with a quote on the spot. I approved the quote and he goes right to work because he has the parts on the truck. In less than an hour, he's got the springs replaced, has straightened parts on the track that were bent, lubed the door and got everything back in working order. The door worked perfectly and is a whole lot quieter now than it was before. I was really impressed with the communication, workmanship and the great attitude. Next time I have garage door issues, I'll be calling Action and asking for Nathan!
