Our technician, Nathan, arrived when promised. He gave us several options on replacing our 25 year garage door opener including an option to fix it if we preferred. Due to the age we wanted a new one. Unit came with a nice wireless entry pad and many features we'll never use such as the app. The installation took 1/2 the time that I assumed and the technician answered all my questions and gave me a thorough demonstration of how to use the new unit. He also reprogrammed our existing remote openers and even programmed the buttons on the visor in my wife's vehicle. Overall it was well worth the price and the experience was pleasant.
