The technician was polite and patient. I give him 5 stars. But the solution to a failed $15 latching relay was a $708 charge. "We can only replace the mother board. That will take a few days, and will cost $250. But then we have to charge you another $450 for the installation. We can replace the unit today, complete with a new chain." l because of a failed $15 relay. I will NOT recommend this company for garage door service and I will post a negative report on nextdoor.

Steve, We never received a call from you inquiring about any of this so had no chance to explain anything or try to make you feel better about the situation. I reached out to you and discussed this in detail and found you're upset about the situation. Not anything that we did, just that you didn't want to do it.... You then began screaming and cussing at me because you only wanted the relay, after stating that you knew we can't replace just one relay and that we need the entire board. You then hung up on me... All options were presented to you and you chose to move forward with a new garage door opener. I'm sorry you're upset about the situation however we hope that the quality of the service, the competitive pricing, and the quality of the motor make up for it. We are sorry to hear that you feel the need to disparage us online.
