My husband and I are accustomed to having the most outstanding service by action garage, however, this most recent service request was less than desirable. While the garage unit was fixed, the demeanor and professionalism of the agent who is assigned to us was less than ideal. When I was engaging with the service agent, offering my thoughts I was talked over and the agent/tech refused to hear me out. The lack of communication and professionalism and dealing with customers who are paying for a service is appalling. I hope this is not the norm for all other agents as we continue forward.
