Unfortunately, this time was not like prior service. The service representative filled my trash bin with the boxes for the new garage door opener and he installed a brand new, but antiquated in appearance, outdoor keypad. He also did not take the opportunity to demonstrate how to use the keypad. Overall, I was just disappointed.
