The service provided by our technician, Jake, was outstanding. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable about services being provided. I needed garage door spring redone. Upon visual inspection, Jake noticed wear on the garage door opener. I decided to attempt to change out the belt myself a few days after Jake repaired the door springs. After much consideration, called Action Garage Door for an install of a new garage door opener system. Once again, they came out, installed the new garage door opener (again, it was Jake), cleaned up and removed old door opener. Outstanding service.
