Kevin W. arrived within the first hour of the 3-6 pm window, he was polite, patient and willing to answer questions. He fixed the problem and offered extra. That extra was an estimate for a new modern door which he happily compiled and was helpful in his recommendations. The repair price was good and looking forward to my 2 estimates on Monday.
