Although not fully prepared on first visit since didn't have the proper springs, the second visit days later went as planned. Luke, the service tech, did a great job. He is personable, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly set about replacing the two heavy-duty springs on our double-wall, insulated w/glass inserts garage door
