I'm pleased overall. I would rate them a 5 except that my home security system now shows a fault at the garage door. In replacing the old door, 1/2 of the sensor unit was inadvertently discarded with the old door; it's a magnetic strip that detects when the door is fully closed. I discussed with them, and they've agreed to resolve this in the near future when parts are available. Call center was courteous; installers, A.S. and a co-worker, were professional.
