After the office told me an estimate, the technician called me back and quoted a higher price. I honestly don't believe his number was more reasonable than the officer's. I told your office not to send this guy to my properties again, since I do a lot of work with you.

The technician that was actually at the property identified that it needed to be performed and did discount the service $102.00 since you are a regular, valued customer.
