I just paid $350 to have 1 cable reattached that took all of 15 minutes. Surely seems unreasonable to me!!

Mitch, You've posted a two star and now a one star review. I've tried to reach out to you multiple times. The cable off service was $214.00. You opted to have your door and opener tune up performed for $85.95 and we did quote our $35.00 service fee. Our technician was at your property for over half an hour and we do go over and have our customers sign for work to be performed prior to moving forward. I'm sorry that you feel like our technician should have been at your property for longer however please understand that they have been doing this for a very long time. What would take you or I a day to fix, they are capable of fixing in a matter of minutes due to their experience in the trade. We do appreciate your business and hope that the same day service and quality of work performed make up for your grievance regarding the time it took to complete the repair.
