We've had Action Garage Door out to service our garage door and opener in the past, and recently made a call to have general maintenance performed again. Communication throughout the process was exemplary, and I appreciate not only the work that Ryan performed, but also the education he provided in answering the (perhaps too many) questions I threw his way. It's one thing to have the work done, another thing to be better-informed, as the homeowner, after the technician has left. 10/10 will use Action again, for both servicing and for the eventual replacement of our garage door opener.
