From the moment they answered the phone to the completion of the work the service was top notch. The spring on one of my garage doors had failed due to age and needed replacement. I was unable to open the door and I needed to move things in and out of my garage / wood shop. They were able to schedule me for the same day that I called. I won’t say this is typical but certainly much appreciated. The service person who performed the service; quickly analyzed the issue replaced the spring and had it working again within two hours. Action is my “go to” company for all my garage door service needs. I highly recommend them.
