The technician, Alfredo, came and replaced the misaligned safety beam device, however; there was another part that was needed so that the lights on the garage door opener worked properly. Alfredo didn’t have the replacement part and said that it could be ordered off of Amazon. He never followed up with a text/email to me with a link or name of the part. I called the Action Garage Door office twice to let them know that I needed the part and still nothing has been resolved. I paid for an incomplete job.
