Told me the bearings was the issue for my garage, went ahead and replaced them and the garage still did not work. Then he proceeded to say it was the motor and so he switched my bearings which were perfectly fine for others that were not the correct size and ended up being very crooked. Justin W was finally able to come on site and resolved the issue in no time. Shaun is a waste of time and a scam. Do better action door! I I will happily work with action door again but make sure and never send that technician!

Cristian, I'm very sorry if there was any confusion. Shaun did replace your rollers due to normal wear and tear. Without the door operating properly we can not test the opener so the one repair did need to take place prior to diagnosing the other issues.
