Outdated iHeart ADK tankless water heater 12-16KW. Customer is aware that there is an electrical panel issue. Customer does have an electrician that is going to service and have the electrical up to code. Provided estimate for tankless hot water heater Rheem 13kw for customer. Customer does have ball valve shut off, I will install tankless heater with bypass valves for serviceable issues to properly maintain heater.
