Drain Preparation for Inspection: Entrusted is scheduling a drain inspection for the existing master shower drain. Notified Harry at Entrusted inspection can be scheduled.

Came out to unit to replace shower pan as scheduled. After removing the old drain we inspected the drain and found the existing 2” copper P-trap was in bad shape and needed to be replaced to meet code and drain properly. The trap is located in the ceiling of the unit below. We were not given permission by the homeowner to access the unit underneath, so the P-trap replacement could not be done at this time. Work will need to go through the building association to get access to the lower unit. Shower pan installation is on hold until access is approved and the trap can be replaced. Contacted Harry from Entrusted to notify he would have to contact association to follow up up on rescheduling of shower pan.

I made sure to clean area and got Ernie to turn water back on, i flushed numerous times to assure no leaks on new toilet. Hence, I caulked around the base afterwards and all is well at the moment. Upon arrival to the location, I met with Ernie, who took me downstairs to the first bathroom, where we were changing out the faucet. He then shut the water off to that side of the house. The faucet was so old and corroded that I had to cut it out. I cleaned up the area and got new faucet in position. Then I went upstairs to the main level and changed out the other faucet. Furthermore, the bidet was on the top floor, once I got it removed I hauled it down and came back and capped off the supply line stubs. I called Ernie to turn the water back on but he was briefly out. I waited a few minutes for his arrival and sure it enough, he called me while turning the valve on. Everything was good, No leaks were detected. I did a walk through with Ernie, and we went through everything. The last thing to do is change the toilet and emergency valve where we removed the bidet. Hence, water is fully on to that side of the house and all is working accordingly at the moment. *** need to return for t
Upon arrival to the location, we met with Ernie who was on the property dealing with the landscape people. He gave me the ok to shut the water off to that side of the house and install the shut off valves for the new faucet. He also showed me some more work in the upstairs bathrooms. One of the bathrooms, needs a new toilet and they’re getting rid of the bidet. Furthermore, There’s another faucet in the master bathroom that’s not working at all. This was an emergency call from Brad. The Moen flow logic that he installed today needed to be automatic reset. The flow logic that was closest to Ernie’s desk down in the basement was the one malfunctioning. I used the tool that came with the flow logic to manually override the system, so the valves are consistently on.. I verified three different sinks with the customer that water is on throughout the house
Upon arrival to the location, I met with Ernie who was ready for us, I went with him across the street to shut the water off at the backflow. The back flows weren’t marked so after we figured out the correct one, we drained the first riser and began making our connections. Once we had everything in place, we pressed and made sure it was secured. We repeated the same thing on the other. Furthermore, I called Ernie to go turn water back on while I was on the phone to advise what was happening. In addition, no leaks were detected on both valves once backflow was fully opened. In conclusion, I hooked up the electrical and briefly explained the functions to Ernie. He has all the booklets to further investigate. Hence, he also showed me another faucet and toilet he wants replaced, asked if I could send him an estimate for that as well. In conclusion, I collected payment and all is well at the moment. *need to return in 30 days to check system per manual* This is a complete FloLogic Syst
Upon arrival to the location, we called Ernie who asked for my number to send me a photo and explain what he thinks he needs. Moreover, Ernie sent us a photo of a whole home leak detection device system that the insurance company is making them install. He did mention he’s not sure on exactly what system but we explained to him that will figure it out once we take a look around. He gave us instructions on who to meet on the property to give us a tour. Shortly after, one of the property caretakers showed us around to both water service pipes which is a 2” line on both sides of the home. We also went to see the meter across the street. Furthermore, they just wanted to see estimates for now. I told them I’ll do some research and send over the option. Will include 3/4 ball valve replacement.
Entrusted project manager reached out to John The Plumber for a shower pan replacement estimate. When we arrived we were greeted by the tenant and were shown the master bath shower, we proceeded to take multiple thorough photos of the shower. An estimate for the scope of work was sent to the home owner since we were unable to reach her via phone.
Upon arrival customer brought us to the bathroom where the toilet is corroded. We recommended replacing the toilet and the main valves as well. We provided estimates for all items listed and sent to customer.
