Scope of Work This quote covers the following plumbing repairs: 1. Replacement of Sanitary T Drain Line • The existing sanitary T drain line, which is common to the entire unit and building, will be removed and replaced with a new sanitary T fitting. 2. Replacement of Shower Drain Line from Unit Above • The section of the shower drain line from the unit above must be replaced in order to complete the sanitary T replacement. This portion of the work is included in this quote. 3. Replacement of a Section of the Riser • A small section of the riser, which is common to the entire building, will also be replaced as part of this repair. I came out today to do 2 major toilet rebuilds on 1 toilet in the women’s bathroom, and the other in the men’s bathroom. I also replaced the leaking faucet in the women’s bathroom, and also replaced the old emergency stop with a new quarter turn emergency stop in the women’s bathroom. I turned the water back on to test for leaks and there are no leaks. The toilets are flushing good, there are no leaks on either toilet. I had the customer flush the toilets to make sure everything is working properly.
