Upon arrival customer showed us the shower valve that was dripping. We informed the customer that all we would need to do is replace the cartridge. Customer agreed. We replaced the old moen cartridge with a brand new moen cartridge. We then turned on the water and tested for leaks. No leaks. Customer is buying a new trim kit and installing the trim kit. Customer also was interested in installing his tankless gas heater and also upgrading the diameter of the gas line to the heater due to the city saying that it is not sufficient enough to provide gas to the heater, stove and dryer. Spoke with management and we will be giving him an estimate on that next week.

This is an estimate to preform a sewer camera evaluation as well as locate sewer
Upon arrival customer showed us to the titan n120 heater that is not producing hot water anywhere in the home. We provided an estimate to replace the water heater, and the customer said she is getting another quote from another company to compare prices. Estimate was emailed to the owner.
When we arrived, we walked through the home with the client and went over options on repiping the home. We will be sending an estimate to repipe the home with permits.
