James was professional throughout the entire project. He worked with the city to get my job done timely. He made himself available when I called to discuss the project. This was an emergency dispatch. Upon arrival, customer informed me that his hot water heater was leaking from the top and it was dripping into the unit below. Customer had a 30 gallon 3800 W Rheem heater. I replaced the heater with a 28 gallon 3500 W Rheem heater. New heater provided with heater pan and all new piping. After piping the heater in with flex lines, I wired the electric and turned on the heater to make sure it was heating. Both elements were heating properly, and there were no leaks. Customer extremely satisfied.

Customer reported a stoppage at the kitchen sink. Upon arrival, we assessed the issue and provided an estimate to clear the blockage using our K60 sewer machine. The estimate was approved, and the stoppage was successfully cleared. During the visit, the customer also mentioned a leaking lavatory faucet. We provided an estimate to install a new customer-supplied faucet, which was approved and completed. The new faucet was installed and tested for proper operation. Additionally, we informed the customer about the existing accordion-style tubular P-trap under the lavatory, which is not recommended. We advised replacing it with a standard tubular P-trap for better durability and code compliance. All approved work has been completed and tested.

This estimate is for replacement of existing cast-iron Santary lines for the two main bathroom groups located on the left side of the property along with a new main trunk line that will be tied directly into the city sewer. John the plumber will tunnel from the exterior of the house to the existing cast iron bathroom groups. Once existing cast-iron sanitary system has been exposed. John the plumber will provide and replace the existing cast-iron with schedule 40 DWV PVC per Florida plumbing code. Once new bathroom group fittings and sanitary pipe has been installed, a trench will be dug along the left side of the property and to the front of the property to access the city, main sewer. John, the plumber will use the same fill dirt to compact the underground tunnel. John the plumber is not responsible for replacement of any sod and or shrubbery that may need to be removed during this project. This water heater is complete. It is pressured up and gas is connected, but gas is not turned on. As per the phone conversation on the recorded line, the gas company is going to turn on the gas and light the heater.

On arrival to the house, customer is not here and I was let in by a neighbor. Water heater is installed but cannot be inspected until gas is turned on and water heater is functional. Customer is aware that we have to return once the gas is turned onto the unit. No payment was collected payment link was sent to customer.

Upon entry into the house, customer currently does not have a water heater in the unit because the unit is currently under construction. Customer stated that the gas is currently not turned onto the building because she has to get it turned on from the city and once she gets it turned on from the city she was going to call us back to commit to the job. At this time she did not want to commit to the invoice due to not knowing when she was going to turn the gas onto the unit.

Upon arrival customer showed us the shower valve that was dripping. We informed the customer that all we would need to do is replace the cartridge. Customer agreed. We replaced the old moen cartridge with a brand new moen cartridge. We then turned on the water and tested for leaks. No leaks. Customer is buying a new trim kit and installing the trim kit. Customer also was interested in installing his tankless gas heater and also upgrading the diameter of the gas line to the heater due to the city saying that it is not sufficient enough to provide gas to the heater, stove and dryer. Spoke with management and we will be giving him an estimate on that next week.

Upon arrival customer showed us to the titan n120 heater that is not producing hot water anywhere in the home. We provided an estimate to replace the water heater, and the customer said she is getting another quote from another company to compare prices. Estimate was emailed to the owner.
