Super happy with the work and how professional they were and everything about the job!
Learned a lot from Josh
Response from John the Plumber:
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave an excellent rating. We really appreciate your business.
Josh was excellent, clean work, very friendly. Office communication back and forth very friendly and professional. I thought the price was high for an hours work with minimal material, but otherwise was happy with the overall experience
Bladimir was very personal, professional and knowledgeable.
The crew I had working installing my water filtration system was nothing short of amazing. Professional work, very well done and looks amazing hah. They also had great attitudes and worked hard.
Carl and the guys did one fine job! Got my whole filter system installed and running today! I am beyond please and impressed with the job and the pride they take in their work! Cleanest water in LHP! Will keep Carls contact on speed dial!
River was absolutely incredible, so thorough and did a wonderful job.
I’m very pleased with the work. It was a tight spot for Kameron to install a new kitchen faucet with little space to maneuver in the cabinet beneath which is already home to an RO unit, a hydrogen water unit, an Insta Hot water unit and garbage disposal. Not much room to work in. The job was completed well and I’m grateful.
River was incredibly helpful and fixed our issue quickly! Very professional.
Excellent service, timely and great communication

Upon arrival customer expressed interest in having a main shut off installed. Customer currently only has individual shut off to specific sections of the house. We provided 2 options for the customer in the form of estimates and also verbal explanation. Customer is going to look them over and think about it.
Upon arrival we were shown to a main line kitchen stoppage. An estimate to clear it from the roof was agreed on and after the stoppage was clear we ensured the line was clear by filling and draining both sinks. Pulled back the cable and it had grease on it and recommended bio one. The customer purchased a bottle and we instructed him on how to use it. We were then informed about the shower not getting hot. The estimate for the diagnostic was signed and we were unable to identify the cartridge however, when we put it back in, the water got hot. We’re still going to get estimates for a new cartridge or valve if we cannot find the cartridge sent to the customer
Upon arrival we had to supply and install n120 Titian tankless water heater. After installing unit we tested for leaked and proper functionality, unit is working as it should. We also noticed kitchen faucet was loose and needed to be tightened. Further inspection faucet is 5 years old and has old plastic tee that looks very brittle, to tighten this fixture can destroy it. We suggested to buy a faucet and have us install. Estimate provided Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane
Upon arrival to the home, I met with Jason the homeowner who showed me inside. He began explaining his toilet in the master constantly runs and doesn’t fill properly. He has a little over a year since he moved in. John the Plumber has done some work for him within that time, including his whole home filtration and water heater. Moreover, the fill valve was faulty, I advised Jason he will need a minor rebuild. I showed him an option which he agreed to go with. He also asked if I could turn the temperature up on the water heater just a tad bit higher. I advised him that I can definitely do that for him, but it will be considered scolding. Moreover, I actually showed him how to do it, just in case he wanted it lowered or higher in the future. Furthermore, I got what was needed and made the necessary repair to the toilet. I then checked for leaks and no leaks were detected. I called Jason over so he can check for himself. In addition, I noticed a hammer in the walls when I flushed, broug
Upon arrival to the location, Christine advise us that we were good to begin while she made her way over to the house. We shut the water down at the meter and made our cut into the main valve to make repairs. After getting main valve on and hooked up, we turned the meter back on and held the main valve off. Furthermore, I cut into the drywall and tied into the hot side to run it outside. We then ran the new hot line outside next to the cold side and got our two new valves in place. We strapped everything down and tested for leaks after all the connections were made. We covered both the holes we made for the hot line and the other hose bib with cement. Hence, christine was on a zoom call, but I briefly went in to advise her we were done, and showed her the work. In conclusion, everything is good at the moment. Tech will cut drywall to access the shower valve from behind to tap into the hot line to bring line out to exterior to feed outdoor shower. Will run line in copper on exterior
Upon arrival customer has a titan tankless water heater that has surpassed its life span. Customer states she will be taking a shower and without warning the water will get cold. We preformed a diagnosis on water heater to find all fixtures are mixing water properly at this time. The only reason you will have a problem with hot water if the heat shuts off while in use. At this time we did not witness unit fail, but water heater will have to be replaced. Titan tankless water heaters have a life span of 6 years and this unit is 11 years old. Titan tankless swap out is sold and customer wants asap installation. Customer put a $750.00 deposit down Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Christine who showed me inside the home. Christine began by explaining she has a project she wants to start in the backyard. Moreover, Christine has an outdoor shower which only has a cold water feed and wants to add a hot water line to it. There’s a full bathroom on the inside of the outdoor shower, tapping into the hot water would be from the shower or lavatory. She has drywall accessible behind shower valve which would be the easiest to tap into and punch out to the exterior. I also noticed her main valve and brought it to her attention, then she mentioned another hose bib on the other side of the home which didn’t fully close. In addition, I asked Christine if she’s trying to get it done asap, she said sooner than later but she did have to head out after 12. In addition, I got her some options and she ended up wanting to get the main valve and hose bibs done including the hot line addition. In conclusion, I collected a deposit and
