Service Summary: We met with the homeowner who reported low water pressure from the kitchen faucet. Upon inspection, we removed the aerator and faucet head, which immediately restored full water pressure. This confirmed the issue was isolated to a clogged faucet head rather than a broader plumbing issue. We charged the homeowner a standard dispatch fee for the visit. Additional Observations & Recommendations: While on-site, we observed that the main water valve is an outdated gate valve and is at increased risk of failure due to age and mechanical limitations. Additionally, the water heater isolation valve is showing signs of corrosion and wear, which could pose operational and shutoff challenges in the future. We recommend replacing both valves with modern ball valves for long-term reliability and emergency readiness. Separate quotes for each valve replacement are provided below. ⸻ ⸻
Service Summary: We met with the homeowner today regarding a reported leak from the base of her toilet. Upon inspection, we confirmed signs of leaking consistent with a compromised wax seal. We recommended pulling and resetting the toilet. After removing the toilet, we cleaned the flange, installed a new wax ring, and reset the toilet securely. Upon completion, no leaks were observed. Water Heater Inspection: We inspected the water heater and determined that it is a newer model in good working condition. No recommendations or actions needed at this time. Main Valve Concern: During the service, we attempted to shut off the home’s main water valve. The valve is a traditional gate valve and failed to close completely, making it difficult to isolate water to the property. We strongly recommend replacing this gate valve with a modern ball valve to ensure full shut-off capability in emergencies or future plumbing service. A separate quote has been prepared for this work. ⸻
Upon arrival at the customer's residence, I knocked on the front door. The customer answered promptly and went inside briefly to put on her shoes. While she was doing that, I walked to the side of the house to inspect the water connections. I observed that the filtration system had been removed. When the customer came back outside, we walked over together, and I explained that while she currently has running water in the home, the filtration system has been deleted and she no longer has filtered water. The customer appeared confused and questioned the setup, specifically referencing the use of SharkBite fittings. I informed her that I would need to escalate the issue to management and provided an estimate of $750 to reconnect the filtration system and test the connection, which we originally warranted during a prior job. At that point, the customer accused me of having removed the filtration system and reconnected it incorrectly. I respectfully responded by clarifying that I did not

Customer purchased Glacier Bay toilet to install. Old toilet was removed and new wax ring with flange bolts were applied. After install, tested toilet for any leaks. No leaks.
Upon arrival, the customer directed us to a loose kitchen faucet. We provided an estimate for tightening the faucet, which the customer approved. We proceeded to secure the kitchen faucet and cleaned up any residual water discharged from the supply hose. A thorough leak check was conducted, and no leaks were found upon completion. We noticed that some of the angle stops under the kitchen sink were out dated and prone to leaking. We provided an estimate to replace the angle stops to quarter turn stops to prevent future leaks.
Customer said that she had recently put in a new tankless heater and she would like to know the price for fixing the fitting. Her son installed water softener and he lives in Gainesville. Female adapter to the inlet of the water softener has a pressure crack, spraying water. Customer agreed to work being done. I removed and cut a portion of the PVC piping to add a coupling connecting to a 90 and back into a female adapter to resupply water to the customers home. I checked my work and everything is operational and fully functional.
Upon arrival I was shown to the ice line and its dual stop valve. To any work for this we would have to replace the entire ice line due to the material. I went over different estimate options for this scope of work and also water heater replacement with the customer. Estimates has been sent to her and we hope to hear from her soon
On arrival, customer showed me shower valve that did not have cold water. She had Friend work on shower valve. No warranty on shower valve due to John the plumber not installing
Upon arrival customer advised us that he had a potential leak from his toilet. He said the neighbor below him had a water spot on his roof. He told me that Art the Plumber pulled the toilet and reset it last time. Toilet was extremely old with ball cock fill valve. After diagnostic, I advised customer that the toilet is extremely old and we typically don’t rebuild old componentsj. Toilet was leaking from tank bolts as they were almost completely corroded. I recommended that customer change toilet and provided him options to do so. Customer has en estimate for an owner supplied toilet replacement and a JTP supplied and warrantied replacement. Customer also wanted a couple of estimates to replace his bathroom faucets. He also wanted an estimate to replace his kitchen drop sink and faucet. I provided the estimates for customer supplied fixtures. Customer will take a look at them with his wife to determine their next course of action. Will need to follow up with customer later.
Upon arrival I was shown to the guest bathroom toilet that was clogged. After confirming that it wasn’t a main line stoppage, an estimate was agreed on to send the toilet auger through the toilet to clear the p trap of the stoppage. After I retrieved the auger from the toilet I flushed it multiple times to ensure the p trap was clear and the water was draining freely from the toilet
Upon arrival to the location, I met with carol who showed me inside and took me to the back where the bathrooms were located. The bathrooms are back to back. When I arrived, there was a little water puddled around the floor drain as if it was filled. The women’s bathroom gets backed up first per carol. They have had issues in the past few months in the same line, she had another company come out but based off what she mentioned they did, it sounds like they didn’t know what they were doing. In addition, I told her we’ll snake the line, and if I feel like we need to camera, we will to check what’s in the line. I showed her the estimate which she approved. Furthermore, after trying to go through the floor drain, and not having success, I realized the clean out in the wall and got it opened. After the first cable I was able to clear the blockage and all the water outside the drain and in toilet, dropped. I then noticed the women’s toilet had a faulty fill valve, which was adding to the pr
Scope of Work: The homeowner reported that a handyman replaced both the upper and lower thermostats and elements on the water heater last week. However, the unit is still not functioning properly. During our inspection: • We checked the electrical breaker and found it to be hissing and sparking, indicating internal arcing or damage. • It is possible that this faulty breaker caused the newly installed components in the water heater to fail. Recommendations: 1. Breaker Replacement: The homeowner must have the damaged breaker replaced by a licensed electrician before any further diagnostic or repair work can be safely performed. We also recommend having the electrician inspect the switch as it does not appear to be properly installed. 2. Water Heater Diagnostic & Rebuild (After Breaker Replacement): Once the breaker is properly replaced, we recommend performing a full diagnostic of the water heater. If any components were damaged due to the electrical issue, we suggest a complete r
Upon arrival the customer informed us that he had pest control come and they performed a smoke test from the roof stack. During the smoke test, the smoke started to come out of the guest bathroom. I had the customer call back the pest control company and have the technician Call me to confirm exactly where the smoke was coming from. The pest control company got back to me and didn’t have an exact spot the smoke was coming from, only form toilet it guest bathroom. I wrote an estimate to do a leak detection. I preformed a smoke test and found the smoke coming from the bottom of the toilet. After I ran the camera to check the pipes to make sure it was all intact and all the pipes are looking great. The customer said that they were going to pull and reset the toilet themselves.
Upon arrival we did a walk around of the house and took a picture of the emergency shutoff and looked for a cleanout. The customer showed us the master bathroom shower with the backed up drain. We wrote an estimate to clear out the stoppage and to add a cleanout. The customer decided to pass on the estimate for the stoppage and is considering doing the cleanout install another day.
