We contacted the homeowner via email and were informed that the gas service to the property has been relocated by the city. The new gas service is now positioned on the right side of the home. The homeowner stated they would like to run a new gas line from the relocated gas service after the meter is installed by TECO, to supply the existing gas water heater. This scope of work will require installation of a new regulator and re-piping of the gas line to properly connect and accommodate the water heater. At this time, we are preparing a proposal for the full scope of work, which includes: • Running a new gas line from the meter location to the water heater, • Installing a gas regulator at the appropriate point, and • Including permits if required by local jurisdiction. The proposal and pricing will be provided separately. No further work will be performed until the meter installation is complete and the homeowner approves the scope. ⸻
Upon arrival we were shown to the bathroom where the new faucet needed to be installed. We discovered an old gate style main valve and informed the customer of the risks of having this and recommended replacing. The estimate to replace both the faucet and main valve was agreed on and after the work was done we checked our connections for leaks and none were present and ensured our installs were operating properly. Heavily recommended replacing the 32 year old water heater. Estimates sent to the customer.
Upon arrival we were shown to a leaking ice maker line. We informed the customer that the reason was that the emergency shutoff valve was t shutting down all the way and would need replacing. That wasn’t the route they wanted to take so we presented an estimate to reconnect the ice maker line and replace the shutoff coupling because they’re getting a new fridge installed. The estimate was signed and after work was complete we ensured that our connections were leak free and the shutoff on the ice Line coupling was operating properly

Upon arrival I was shown to a toilet leaking from the tank. As I inspected it i noticed cracks on the tank and advised against rebuilding a toilet in this condition. I also found a seized emergency shutoff valve dedicated to this toilet and the main valve was an old gate valve. Informed the customer of the seized Valve and the risk and unreliability of the old gate style valves. An estimate to replace the main and emergency shutoff valve as well as the toilet was signed as well as an $800 deposit. Customer will schedule a stack shutdown and inform us on the day so we can come do the work
We met with the homeowner regarding an ongoing issue with his shower. He had already attempted to replace some parts himself, but the problem persisted. After assessing the situation, we presented two options: 1. Rebuild the existing shower valve. 2. Replace the entire shower valve assembly. We thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each approach. After consideration, the homeowner chose to move forward with a full shower valve replacement. Since he signed the estimate and provided a deposit during our visit, we extended a discount on the service. We are scheduled to return tomorrow—or based on his final scheduling with the office—to perform the shower valve replacement. Additionally, we recommended replacing the electrical switch on the water heater. However, the homeowner declined an estimate, stating that he would handle it himself.
On arrival the customer showed us the master bathroom toilet and it is backing up. I wrote an estimate to clear the clog with a toilet auger. Estimate to clear the clog in the master bathroom toilet. The customer after showed us the faucet in the master bathroom. The faucet was corroded shut on the cold side and was very hard to move on the hot side. I wrote an estimate to replace the faucet with a new customer supplied faucet and new emergency stops. The customer ordered the new faucet and will call back when they have it and are ready to install.
Upon arrival, customer informed me that one of the toilets that I previously did some work on suddenly started running nonstop again. I advised customer that I would do a diagnostic to determine whether it was something that we may have caused or if it was a new issue. After diagnostic, it was very clear and quickly determined that the only issue was that the new flapper chain got snagged on a piece from the flush valve, causing the flapper to stay open. All I did was release the chain and loop it back up so it wouldn’t hang and get caught on anything again. I tested the toilet multiple times to make sure there were no issues and it clearly solved the problem. Problem was very minor and under warranty. Customer also asked me after I advised her that her heater was old to send her an estimate for a new hot water heater. I explained to the customer that the age of the heater is the reason why she is not getting sustained hot water for a long period of time as she is used to. Water heater
Upon arrival customer had a leak coming from solder joint of hose bib. We tried to shut off water to home but the main valve failed. We went ahead and changed main water shut off as well as hose bib. We then installed fitting to whole home filtration system properly after installing pieces, tested for proper functionally. Everything is operating as it should. Upon arrival I was shown to the kitchen sink where the baffle arm was leaking. I found that it had a warped gasket and was a tad too short. I replaced the baffle arm and put new gaskets on the connections and filled and drained the kitchen sink four times to ensure the connections were secure and leak free. I was then Informed that there’s low pressure when multiple fixtures are used. I informed the customer that this had nothing to do with our job(s) as they were dealing with the drain lines but I’ll take a look as a courtesy. Went to the city meter which I didn’t touch and discovered mud and water behind it. Customer needs to contact the city for this

Upon arrival to the location, we met with Brian who was outside waiting on us. He began by explaining he had Comcast over a few days ago running some wires underground and they accidentally hit the water service line and broke it. They tried to repair it after the fact but a day later, their repair did not hold. Brian currently has the water off to the home, and is looking to get repair done asap. The dirt was hardly backfilled and the pipes were partially exposed. He confirmed the configuration of what was in the ground, so I could give him a repair cost. In addition, he thought it was a little pricey but he agreed on the spot repair. Furthermore, we fully exposed the pipe and made the necessary repair. We then waited about 30 minutes to let glue dry and afterwards we tested to assure no leaks. In conclusion, we showed Brian the work and then backfilled afterwards. Upon arrival customer had a kitchen sink that was clogged. We ran cable from roof vent of kitchen stack to relieve blockage. When we pulled back cable it was caked with grease we did recommend customer to get a jetting service done. The jetting service will remove all grease build up in pipe with a high pressure spraying jet head. We will also dig up main line to install a new clean out so the debris from pipe will be buried and not go into city main. Main water shut off is old style gate valve and has a slow leak.
