I have used John the Plumber for all my plumbing needs this last year. Most recently, Josh Mayberry came to diagnose and solve a slow leak problem underneath my kitchen sink. Josh was quick to identify the problem and solve it. In addition, he upgraded our shut off valves to facilitate access underneath the sink at a reasonable cost. We were very happy with the prompt and effective service provided.
River is extremely nice and was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help me with a leak and I truly appreciate it!
I have never had an issue with my water heater. Two men came out to inspect yesterday part of the membership visit which we paid for. This morning we woke up and my water heater has leaked everywhere.
Carl and Rich are very knowledgeable and competent. Professionalism at its best!

Customer said he was smelling sewer gas from the bathroom where I installed a smart toilet. After diagnostic, I determined there was no break in the seal. Customer toilet performed flawlessly. I ran multiple test flushes on toilet and there was no water seepage. Caulking line was not compromised. I did not smell sewer gas during my visit. Customer said he slightly smells it from the bowl. Advised customer I can pull toilet to see if there is a compromise in the wax seal. We determined that customer would monitor the smell for little while longer. I advised customer to constantly check for any leak after flushing. If smell gets worse or persists, I advised customer would be left with no option but to pull the toilet.
Upon arrival customer informed me that he bought a smart toilet with neo lock flange that needs to be installed. I advised customer I would need to also charge for the bracketing. I removed old toilet and cleaned flange. Flange was in great shape. I secured the neo lock boot to the tile and then assembled the locking bolts to secure toilet. Once I seated the toilet into the gasket I locked the toilet down. Customer water supply is Uponor and had an isolated angle stop. The toilet supply was built into the stop so I advised customer I needed to change it to a 1/2 x 3/8. Once connected to supply, I tested toilet to make sure it flushed flawlessly. No drainage issues. Also tested water supply and no leaks. Customer tested toilet himself. Customer satisfied.
