First out of 4 calls, late on a Friday evening, where I wasn’t told there is a fee ($125 - $199) for emergency service , plus service call, without doing a thing! John’s team member in the call fantastic, kind and informative. They came overnight in the earlier part of the 4 hour window. Gary and Chris showed up, prompt, courteous, and dang good at their trade. It is humbling to see people who care about what they do and how it reflects on their values and those of their company. Thank you Gary and Chris!

Upon arrival, I submitted an estimate to install customer supplied RO system under kitchen sink. I gave customer 20% new customer discount. Customer stated he’s getting two other estimates before committing to the install.
The customer currently has two cast iron undermount sinks installed: one double-bowl kitchen sink and one 19-inch circular sink. The customer has requested that both sinks be replaced. It was recommended that a granite countertop specialist handle the removal and installation to ensure proper fit and sealing. Additionally, the property is equipped with two water heaters located in the garage, both installed in 2014. Given that the typical life expectancy of water heaters is approximately 8 to 10 years, it was advised that the units be replaced proactively to prevent potential failure. A formal estimate for the replacement of both water heaters was provided to the customer.
*Customer was advised by their insurance company to replace the laundry outlet box due to visible corrosion. *Removed and replaced laundry box with a new unit. *Inspected and tested all connections for leaks and proper operation — no issues found. *System is fully functional and up to current code standards.
Job summary Customer called John the Plumber out today because they had an issue with their garbage disposal making a humming sound. After speaking with the customer, they decided to replace a garbage disposal and replace the main valve. Main Water Valve: Technician removed old gate valve and installed a new quarter turn ball valve with a new hose bib. After installation, turn the water supply back on and check for leaks. Verify the valve opens and closes properly. Garbage disposal: Technician removed old garbage disposal that was not working. Technician then proceeded to mount the new garbage disposal to the sink, reconnect the plumbing and electrical connections, ensuring a secure and leak-free fit. Turn on the power, water, and garbage disposal to test for proper functionality. Check for leaks or unusual noises and ensure everything is working smoothly.
Hooked up gas on outside kitchen grill with 2 1/2 inch flare adapter and 60 inch gas supply line. I tested all work for leaks and function of grill. After completing work I was unable to locate home owner for payment and had to wait on site for GC to collect payment.
Customer reported a slow-flushing toilet. Customer disclosed that her husband had previously removed the toilet and discovered a root cluster around the flange several years ago . Customer is on septic and well water and all sewer lines are PVC. Findings: *Upon inspection, the toilet is currently flushing properly. *Advised that the toilet be replaced and the sewer line scoped and cleared, as it is likely that root intrusion around the flange has returned. *Observed a leak at the gate valve on the main water line. Recommended replacement of the gate valve. *Also recommended replacing a hose bib due to its condition. Customer Decisions: *Customer declined estimate for toilet replacement with a JTP-supplied unit. *Customer plans to purchase a toilet independently and will contact the office to schedule installation. *Customer will review the estimate for the recommended repairs (line scoping, root clearing, gate valve replacement, and hose bib replacement). Next Steps: Awaiting customer
Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the old 80 gallon water heater that was leaking in the garage. I provided her with an estimate to replace it with a new 80 gallon rheem water heater, and new expansion tank. The homeowner agreed to move forward with the work. Also she had a leaking hose bib that I replaced with a new quarter turn hose bib. After turning turning the water back on there were no leaks. Then we wired up the new water heater and waited for a little bit. The water was getting nice and hot.
On arrival removed old broken wash machine box. Installed new washer machine box with new stainless steel braided hoses. Tested work good.
On arrival the customer showed us the guest bathroom that had water coming from the wall in between the toilet and shower. I provided and estimate to do a leak detection, the customer signed and approved the leak detection. While gathering tools the customer came out after a phone call with her insurance and they said the insurance company is sending someone out. The customer had us not proceed with the leak detection and said they will call back for us to do work if needed.
Customer needs to replace washer box. Upon arrival washer box supply line valves were broken.i advised. Customer they need to replace washer box. Customer signed etimate
Upon arrival the tenant had a leak coming from the toilet in the Jack and Jill bathroom. After inspection and flushing the toilet I saw that the leak was coming from the back of the tank. I spoke with the homeowner and let him know that I needed to do a major rebuild on the toilet to fix the leak. He agreed to the estimate and I did the major toilet rebuild. After it was completed I flushed the toilet several times. Everything is flushing good with no leaks. I also did a whole home inspection and found nothing else that needed addressed at this time. The tankless natural gas water heater is a 2013. I will be providing an estimate since the water heater is over 10 years old.
As per videos taken, the main water line has been backfilled along with 10 extra bags of sand customer provided. This job is ready for final inspection
This was not a recall. This was a warranty job. After speaking with supervision, I was informed that I was allowed to fix the sprinkler line at no cost to customer with customer supplied parts. Video showed that new sprinkler head is installed and with no leaks Customer stated he will adjust the sprinkler head at a later date for spray pattern. Please mark as warranty call or non opportunity
Customer contacted us regarding the installation of a new reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system at the kitchen sink. Upon arrival, we were shown the new, boxed RO system, which includes a dedicated faucet (cup filler). We noted that there was no existing hole in the countertop to accommodate the faucet. The customer was informed that a hole must be cut by a qualified granite specialist. An estimate for this work was provided. The customer also brought to our attention an issue with an unused whole home filtration system. The existing setup lacked a bypass, which was impacting normal water flow. We provided an estimate to eliminate the unused filtration piping and install a new, separate ball valve for the main emergency water shut-off. This scope of work was approved. In addition, the installation of two new hose bibs—one on the main water line and one in the backyard—was also approved. All work was completed and thoroughly tested.
This is a warranty visit per Darrin due to the existing gasket on the newly installed toilet being torn. I proceeded to replace this gasket and told customer if this situation at persist in the future to give us a call and we would mitigate it as soon as possible. I also provided a courtesy flush of the hall lavatory due to the Line being clogged after we installed new main water service. The lines have been flushed, but the Fossett is still plugged up. I replaced two emergency stops for free due to them leaking after I turned them off
