We are so glad to hear that you had a good experience.
They ripped out and destroyed my dishwasher looking for a leak that was not behind the dishwasher.
The plumbing is repaired. We h boy I have hot water without leaking into the floor. But I’ve lost a dishwasher. it was older, but it still worked fine. I told them they couldn’t get it out. They ripped out even though when their hole wasn’t even behind it. There’s dust in mess and holes everywhere that I have to repair. My cabinet was chipped piece left on the floor I found so I can glue it back on myself. Part of the cabinet was damaged. Not sure how that’s gonna get fixed. I understand that they’re not supposed to repair, but they shouldn’t be making more holes in necessary. The initial person that came out made me feel like once they got started. It was like no way of not using them because I would have to pay anyway the girl on phone said that I had no charge for them to come out, the experience was OK as far as the service of the people Kyle and Michael were fantastic, personable and polite. The supervisor guys more as a matter fact which is OK you’re not here for your personality. They gave me a break on the price for the Plumbing job but they weigh overcharged me on the finding of the leak. Mostly detection companies charge $450 not 1000 since I told him exactly where it was. I guess that’s how people get treated when they’re older single women and don’t have any recourse.
Although the job at hand was completed, the price does not reflect how the job was left. I was told in order to change my valve box, the plummer would need to cut through the wall and it would leave a hole. I didn’t expect such a huge hole. I was quoted less from another company but went with this one people of the time convenience in my schedule.
Jake was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He is definitely and asset to your company!
Response from John the Plumber:
Thank you so much for your 5-star review! We will share this with the team to let them know to keep up the amazing work.
The service and the technician were excellent. I was very pleased with John the Plumber experience. I have no idea price wise, I am assuming fair in regards to pricing of the day.
The technician that came to my home regarding my plumbing issues was respectful and courteous. He waited while I went to get them money and was nothing but kind. I would highly recommend him.
I was a bit shocked at the cost but Adam was a pleasure to have here. He did a great job and found an issue I didn’t even know I had. He is surely an asset to the company.
This job is for Renee in the office we provided and installed two wolverine brass Quarter turn hose bibs.
Renee had issues with her sewer system. Jason and I accessed roof and made our way to the back bathroom vent. We ran 65 ft of camera. Drain had no obstructions. There was only one belly of water about 2 feet long where the clean out is. We ran multiple flush test from both fixtures and water was flowing efficiently. There was no need for snaking the line. Drain flowing efficiently
Upon arrival, customer showed us where the heater was in her storage closet outside we ran test on elements and thermostats top upper element and upper thermostat are shot. Will you reset it thermostat then it re-chirped so customer is aware that we will need to reschedule and come back out with the right material to restore her with hot water. Customer is aware.
Upon arrival to the location, I met with Ana, Carlando was not present at the moment. She explained she had some work done recently in the home, and they had to shut down the main valve and after they turned the main back on, they just haven’t been getting any hot water. She also stated she flipped the breaker in and off a few times but nothing changed. I told her I’ll check to see if you’re getting any power to the unit. It turns out she’s not getting power to the water heater, nor to the wall connection. When I looked at the breaker, I noticed it was a 20 double pole amp, which should be a 25 amp for a 4500 watt unit. I explained to Ana the situation, and she said it made sense because from the beginning they would run out of hot water, and it would never stay hot enough, just warm. I advised her she would need to get an electrician to change out the circuit breaker.

Upon arrival tankless water heater Eemax, was not getting power. Further diagnosis we called manufacturer and spoke with technical support. They had us send a picture of installation. We then removed faceplate to show wiring to unit and the electrical as well as installation was correct. Unfortunately at this time the technical support representative advised us that an electrical will have to diagnose power issue to unit. Thank you for calling John The Plumber. -Shane
Upon arrival I spoke with the maintenance person who wanted me to run the camera in unit 1F from the toilet that he would pull and reset. The reason for this is there are roots growing from around the flange and getting into the sewer line causing stoppages. I provided and estimate for the camera inspection and they declined it at this time.
Customer has high water bill. install ball valve for main shut off on right side of home. perform pressure test. pressure did not drop in home. Pressure held in home but dropped in water service going to home. Leak is in water service. Dug down where water service comes out of ground going into home and in front of meter found no leaks. Water service needs to be replaced.
Upon arrival customer had a toilet backed up due to possible toy in toilet. We advised customer to camera sewer after auger and estimate was signed. While we were moving boxes to access water heater a glass filled box fell and broke. We gave customer $100.00 credit towards broken box. After auger customer declined sewer main evaluation. Toilet will also need to be reset due to sewer smell in bathroom. After auger of toilet, customer no longer wanted camera evaluation. Estimates proved customer declined Thank you for calling John The Plumber.
Upon arrival I found the problem as soon as I turned on the dishwasher, Josh did not reattach the dishwasher hose. I ran the dishwasher on the drain cycle and water poured underneath the kitchen sink. Reattached hose and no more leak. Everything now worked as it should.
Upon arrival, the customer required multiple items to be replaced and installed. We began by removing the old, rusted, and corroded laundry bibs and replaced them with new, secure bibs to ensure leak-free connections. Next, we replaced the existing angle stops under the kitchen sink with two new dual stops, which were needed to accommodate the water supply for both the dishwasher and ice maker. The customer-supplied dishwasher was then installed, with all water, drainage, and electrical connections properly secured and tested for functionality. Additionally, we installed a new water line for the refrigerator’s ice maker, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection to the newly installed dual angle stops. All appliances were tested to ensure proper operation, and plumbing connections were thoroughly inspected for leaks. The work area was cleaned, and all systems were left fully operational.
