This invoice was to install shower cartridge from previous invoice as per videos and pictures taken. Everything’s been pressure tested and two customer satisfaction. Upon pressurizing the line, I unscrewed the filter for the lavatory faucet and found it was full of debris. I informed customer due to the debris in his lines that his salt filtration system should and needs to be serviced immediately due to blockage in the cartridges and filters.

Upon completion of installing gas lanterns on the exterior brick columns by the driveway the right hand side column the gas inlet was way off center and I told the gentleman the only way that I would be able to connect. It is if I offset the ignition source about an inch off center of the lantern and he gave me the OK and signed off on it. Upon turning the propane system on the newly installed, unit lit up, just fine as per video taken. The old lantern that I reinstalled with different bases and new ignition system did not light and has no pressure to it. It also had a huge kink in the line per video taken. I informed customer prior to reinstalling old unit. Customer did not want to do a pressure test or a leak detection test. They opted out to go to the propane company to pressurize the system and test the system as per video taken. Customer had me turn the propane system off, just in case there was underground, leaks where the column was broken down by vehicle. I need to return after

Customers is having a pool installed in the rear of their home. They needed a backflow installed for the pool filler on the left side of the home. I installed a 3/4 watts RP backflow and then removed a 3/4 hose bib on the left side of home. I installed a new Rp back flow strapping to the side of home and installed a new ball value hose bib. It is connected to a 3/4 PVC going to the pull filler.

Upon arrival customer has a toilet that was not flushing. Further inspection, septic tank on left side of home was full. We also noticed that the base of the toilet is leaking due to a broken seal of wax ring. Toilet will need to be pulled and reset. After approaching customer with diagnosis, they would like to get their septic tank pumped, then call us back for installment of new Santa Rosa one piece toilet with gold finish to match their gold aesthetic bathroom. Customer has paid a deposit.

Upon arrival, I was shown to a toilet to runs every ten minutes. The only problem was that the float was too high and was allowing excess water into the flush valve. So I adjusted it and we waited 20 minutes and didn’t hear the running sound.

Replaced galvanized water service which had failed. We removed any necessary pavers and rocks along the walkway in order to route the new 1.25;PVC water service. The new line was be ran at a depth of 12''-14'' from the meter and connected to the house where we installed a new manual main valve, moen flo valve, and sprinkler water supply pvc valve. We used Oatey PVC glue and work was done to code. Upon arrival I was greeted at the front door by the homeowner and led into the guest bathroom where I had previously quoted her to replace the failed Hans grohe shower cartridge. Upon receiving authorization I promptly shut off the water at the main valve located on the east side of the house, I then went back inside and drained the system using the bathroom faucet. I then removed the shower trim and removed the failed shower cartridge. I then prepped the new cartridge by putting plumbers grease in the i rings and installing the cartridge nut using the clip off the old cartridge. I then installed the new cartridge and then the shower trim. I went outside and turned the water back on at the min valve and tested the shower for proper functionality. It works perfectly.
