Upon arrival to the location, we met Alex who was temporarily on a work call but quickly explained that he had a very small leak in his kitchen cabinet. The apartment is from 2006, in 2022 he renovated everything in the home. The water heater which was in the garage is the only thing still from 2006. I brought it to his attention and told him we’ll show him an option to get it replaced as the life expectancy is about 10 years. Moreover, we looked under the sink to check what was leaking and noticed water coming from the RO faucet. We then ran the faucet and realized it was leaking internally. Hence, Alex mentioned it’s still under warranty, he’ll call them to get a new one.
Upon arrival to location, we met with Bill who showed us inside. I asked Bill if he was ready for us to shut water off, he mentioned we were good. He then stated he had to step out and would be back within 20-30 minutes. I told him we would begin working and we should be at the home by the time he arrives. We removed the old toilet, emergency shut off valve and began cleaning the area entirely before setting new wax seal and bolts. We then set the toilet and hooked up the new shut off with supply line and tested for leaks by flushing numerous times. The toilet was not leaking, we caulked around based and all is operating accordingly at the moment. Tech will furnish and install new one piece toilet with new shut off valve and supply line. 1 year part and labor warranty.

I responded to a service call at the customer’s home regarding a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. After diagnosing the issue, I found that the fill valve had failed and the existing supply line was also worn and due for replacement. I removed the faulty components and installed a new fill valve and a reinforced supply line. After installation, I tested the toilet multiple times to ensure proper operation. The toilet is now functioning correctly with no signs of leaking or continuous running. Customer was satisfied with the repair and the issue has been fully resolved.

Responded to main line stoppage. Performed two passes with 75 ft of heavy-duty cable to restore flow. Once flow was temporarily restored, conducted a video inspection of the main sewer line using a high-resolution sewer camera. Inspection revealed significant scale buildup and heavy internal deposits along the pipe walls, indicating advanced pipe degradation. Recommendation: Due to the severity of the scale accumulation, we strongly recommend high-pressure hydro jetting followed by mechanical descaling to thoroughly remove buildup and restore the pipe's internal diameter. Failure to address this promptly may result in recurring blockages and potential pipe damage.
Customer reported water staining on ceiling ,thought it was related to previous work performed by jtp . Leak was dripping from ceiling tile within commercial office space. Upon arrival, performed visual inspection above drop ceiling and located the source of the leak. Determined that water was discharging from a ¾” PVC condensate drain line connected to a rooftop HVAC unit. Noted that the leak is HVAC-related and outside the scope of licensed plumbing services. Informed customer that a licensed HVAC technician is required to inspect and service the condensate system to correct the issue and prevent further water damage. No plumbing-related defects or failures were found. No repairs performed. Diagnostic assessment and professional recommendation only.
