Greg Lavin is an asset to your company. He is knowledgeable and courteous. He is dedicated to getting the job done right!
Couldn’t be happier with the service the team they sent out was impressive and polite knew exactly what to do They gave me a decent estimate. They did the work right there and then - top notch. Highly recommend.
Shane has been to our home on multiple occasions to fix a couple of small items. He is extremely pleasant to deal with, courteous, clean, respectful of our home, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the company is way more expensive than most. This is because of their guarantee for every repair they do. Well, guarantee or not, they charge $250 to replace the water supply valve on one toilet during a previous visit because it involved shutting off the main water supply. In other words, going outside and flipping a valve from "on" to "off". Something I could do myself in 30 seconds.
Service Performed: *Ran 75 feet of cable through the master bathroom stack to clear a stoppage. *Verified flow by running the shower and flushing the toilet multiple times. *Confirmed that the line is currently draining properly with no backup observed. Recommendation: *Recommend high-pressure hydro jetting to remove scale buildup inside the line and prevent future blockages. *Please see attached estimate for jetting services.

Customer was just receiving estimates to unclog his toilet wanted to pay under $100
Upon arrival, customer had an under kitchen cabinet leak. During my investigation, I’ve come to the conclusion that it was the existing undercabinet filtration due to the age and overall condition this system was leaking. I proceeded to provide an estimate for a whole house atlas filtration system, and customer agreed to along with replacing the existing Bradford white water heater. Customer paid deposit along with wanting to schedule Rich and I tomorrow for after 11. Customer is insisting that Rich come back with me.
Customer reported a stoppage at her rental property. *After communicating with the property owner via phone and receiving the signed estimate via email, I proceeded with the service. *Performed snaking from the roof vent above the master bathroom and ran 75 feet of cable. *Retrieved multiple wipes from the line, which were contributing to the blockage. *Conducted a camera inspection after clearing the line and observed significant scale and buildup throughout the pipe. *Recommended hydro jetting and descaling to fully clean the line and help prevent future issues (see attached estimate). *Ran water and tested the tub to ensure the line was fully cleared and draining properly. *No warranty on stoppages

Customer called John the plumber today because, he has a kitchen faucet that is leaking and he would like you to be replaced. The customer was doing some research on the kitchen faucet himself, and before he purchases the faucet, he wants to make sure that the faucet that he’s looking at will be able to work with his kitchen sink. Technician informed him that because his faucet is so close to his backsplash the best faucet that he can get will be a kitchen faucet with the handle on the top. Customer will pick up the kitchen faucet tomorrow or Thursday and have us come out to install it later in the week.
Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Ken who showed me inside. I explained my reason for being there today, he mentioned he was aware and showed me to the first bathroom in the master bedroom which was ok. Faucet was a little outdated, but everything is working accordingly. The shower trim was replaced recently, I did bring to his attention the old emergency shut off valves. The half bathroom was pretty much the same. The kitchen faucet was also a little outdated, but worked. Garbage disposal worked fine and was replaced few years ago. Hence, I showed Ken an estimate for the emergency valves if he wanted to move forward, he mentioned he can’t do that now but he’s aware of it.

Upon arrival to the location, I met with homeowner Donna who showed me inside. She stated she just got her Ac replaced and the AC guy noticed the water heater was rusted out and had water signs underneath. He made Donna aware and she wants to get estimates to replace. She’s been at the home since 94 and the water heater is from the same year. She would like to go the route without pulling a permit, I told her that’s ok as long as that’s what she wants. Moreover, I asked for a few minutes and went to get her a few options. When I got back we went over them, I asked what’s her time frame, she mentioned within next couple weeks. Hence, she’s interested in the dented option with the auto valve but asked if I could email it while she figures it out. I asked if it’s ok to follow up in a few days, she stated that was fine.

A leak was identified in the underground water service line at the point where it transitions into the cabana bathroom. Excavation was performed to expose the affected section, revealing a cracked 3/4 PVC male adapter at the threaded connection. The damaged section of pipe, including the failed adapter, was carefully removed. A Schedule 80 PVC male adapter was installed as a replacement, providing enhanced durability and strength. Following installation, the repair was pressure-tested and confirmed to be functioning properly with no leaks observed.
