This option includes the following New supply and install of steibel eltron 24 tempra plus heater Peace of mind warranty New hot water supply line emergency shut off ball valve No permit needed Customer called because his tankless water heater was having problems on arrival we diagnosed that the heater was a steibel eltron tempra 20 from 2007 and not able to be serviced. We provided an estimate to replace the existing unit with the same brand and install a new hot supply emergency shut off valve. We noticed that the customers existing wiring was rated for a 24kw unit with 2 50 amp double pole breakers acceptable configuration for the steibel eltron tempra 24 plus that was installed. After completion we tested for leaks none were found and payment was completed.
Per video see leaking from tub spout will need to cut copper pipe and re-solder a male adapter into shower valve. Cut old half inch copper pipe took out male adapter replace new male adapter pro pass half inch with a coupling grand test water for 10 minutes no leaks fully functional. Took a picture of heater noticed there’s a couple things not at the code on the heater if customer looks to sell location and it’s a old heater.
Customer thought he had a leak at the base of the toilet . After inspection of the toilet no visible leaks or water was found . Customer just had whole house renovated along with all the plumbing replaced with pvc . After customer showed me the pictures of the flange and work I could not see any issues with the work or anything that would potentially cause a leak . I did recommend to the customer he have the gate valve replaced with a ball valve or a whole home filtration system installed which a ball valve would be installed with. See estimates
Installed Rheem 80 gallon Triton power vent water heater. Replaced 1 1/2 hot and cold shut off valves and repiped 1 1/2 tee location. Flushed out hot water return line to bleed out air from the system. Advised customer that we need set a day to flush tank and call Rheem to go over any error codes for the water heater on the left side.
Upon arrival I was shown to the bathroom where the shower pan and cartridge was done. I had to finish the job by putting on the new trim. After installation, I made sure everything was tight and leak free. I then tested to make sure the cartridge was mixing the water properly at the points they were to be mixed and it’s operating well
Job details: On arrival talked with the customer to open bath to flush the water out of the system so we could get started. Once the water was out of the system we started to assemble the water filtration system and mock up our pipes, valve, hose bib, and transitions. After the water filtration system was installed we put mounting brackets to keep the whole system stable. At the end we turned the water on and checked for leaks and that the water filtration system was working properly with correct pressure. Everything was working as should with zero leaks. Customer was not getting water to the fridge customer said the line behind the wall that was capped off and abandoned was the line for the fridge. So after removing dishwasher and exposing 1/2 inch cpvc I was able to cut and tap off the cold line with a t and feed water to the fridge line. Also installed a studor vent on the island kitchen drain to vent properly. Checked all work for leaks and function.

Upon entry into unit 305 pictures documented that the tub was still full at same level from yesterday when water tested tub. I met the maintenance man on site at unit 205 and the maintenance man for the building proceeded to cut the hole in ceiling as pictures documented. Once access hole was made, I proceeded to investigate from downstairs while Ross was upstairs putting water down the overflow and then drained the tub to ensure no leaks. All of this was taken on video. There is no leaks on this tub. Cannot confirm where water was coming from, but it’s not coming from the tub. There was water stains on the wall opposite of the tub, spout and on the back wall, right hand corner. Everything has been water tested again as per video and pictures taken.
Upon arrival customer had a backup in laundry drain. We ran k60 cable 75’ through roof vent to relieve blockage. After cabling drain we ran washer and water from garden hose through roof vent. Blockage relieved. We then ran camera to view integrity of main line. Blockage was due to build up in old cast iron pipes. Thank you for calling John The Plumber -Shane
This is for providing and replacing left-hand drain cast-iron tub. Customer is responsible for removing existing tub and discarding of existing tub prior to work starting. Scope of work: Inspect exposed piping for any defects to ensure longevity. Install new, Sterling, white, 60”X29”, left-hand drain tub. Tub to include new waste, and overflow and tub drain. Prior to tub installation we will change the P-trap with schedule 40 PVC Install fire caulk and hydraulic concrete around P-trap *** John the plumber is not responsible for any damage due to floor tile or existing wall tile.*** THIS IS A PERMITTED JOB. Monday, May 7th I installed the tub. After installing the tub, I took several pictures of the level of the tub, the proper anchors, two separate fill and drain tests, and as per video shown everything is in good working order and inspection is called in for tomorrow. Unit is currently under construction did not have access to heater or main valve.
Upon arrival to the site I took before during an after pictures of work that was took place. I knocked on door several times and customer is not home for me to verify trap arm is in good working condition.

Change out bidet seat customer supplied. Customers bidet has stopped working. Customer purchased a new bidet and should be here. Friday wants to schedule for Monday morning place to deposit to secure a spot for Monday for install of his bidet. I’ll be back Monday to put in the bidet and take pictures of main valve and heater and if needed I’ll provide an estimate to customer.
Customer had owner supplied toilet to install from previously sold estimate. Upon arrival, I properly removed and disposed of customers old toilet. I cleaned the toilet area before install. New install included new wax ring and flange bolts provided by John the Plumber. After install, I ran multiple flush tests and no leaks. Customer satisfied. Customer mentioned he wants to replace other guest bathroom toilet. He said he will call and ask for Kim when he purchases the toilet.
