Upon customer report of sewer odor emanating from the kitchen sink area, a thorough inspection was performed beneath the sink. Performed a functional flow and leak test on the kitchen sink drain and trap assembly—no leaks detected, all components functioning properly. Resolution: Sewer odor eliminated at point of entry. System now sealed and operating within code compliance.
