The customer contacted us regarding a leaking toilet. Upon arrival, we conducted a thorough inspection of the unit. The issue was identified as a faulty toilet flapper that was allowing water to leak from the tank into the bowl continuously. This leak caused the fill valve to cycle repeatedly in an attempt to maintain the proper water level in the tank, resulting in constant water flow and potential water waste. We explained to the customer that while replacing the flapper is a common solution, in this case, it might not completely resolve the problem due to potential additional wear or malfunction in the fill valve assembly or other internal components. Therefore, we provided an estimate for a minor toilet rebuild, which includes replacing the flapper, the fill valve, and performing a full flush mechanism assessment to ensure proper operation. During the consultation, the customer expressed interest in upgrading to a modern smart toilet unit. The customer indicated they would supply t

Customer call John the plumber out today because they have a sewage back up that is causing the toilet to gurgle and sewage water to come up from the bathtub based on technicians findings he concluded that the issue is customer has a mainline blockage and in order to clear this blockage technician will have to sneak the bathroom line from the vent stack on the roof. Customer agreed to go with option one over the phone. Technician had to wait for the tenant to come back into the home before he started any work with the clearing of the drain because there is no power in the outlet located outside. After tenant tenant arrived, technician already had the equipment set up on the roof, and proceeded to clear the stoppage. The line was backed up due to the condition of the cast-iron in toilet papers. Single story drain clearing from roof vent (Up to 75 feet) DRAIN LINE LOCATED & HAS ACCESS ALREADY/ RUN K-60 CABLE THROUGH ROOF VENT. PRICE INCLUDES 1 ATTEMPT
Upon arrival, the customer was experiencing a main line backup. We accessed the line from the roof stack and ran approximately 65 feet of cable in an effort to clear the blockage. We were successful in clearing the line. Afterward, we thoroughly tested all fixtures for proper functionality, including flushing all toilets and running the showers to ensure proper drainage and flow throughout the system.
During my initial investigation throughout the entire house, the only two items that are having issues with draining is the master bathroom Jacuzzi tub and the master bathroom shower. Everything else is draining properly and is in need of service at this time. This estimate is to provide a snaking service for the master bathroom Jacuzzi tub along with a sneaking service for the master shower. While attempting to clear the Jacuzzi tub, I came across a big root ball. I confirmed that it was a root ball with the camera. I did not charge customer for the camera service. I explained the situation on the recorded tablet line and she said at this time all she wanted to do was proceed with the stoppages and not deal with the root ball in the Jacuzzi line. Customer stated credit card is on file for office to charge card.

Upon arrival to the location, I met Diane, whose elsie daughter. She allowed me inside and took me the master bathroom. She began by explaining the insurance company was out looking at the apartment and flagged this drainage due to the tape around the p-trap. Elsie has been at the apartment for 7 years, there’s no shut off for the unit, and the water heater was changed when they moved in. I told Diane we could take care of that issue under the lavatory today, and I proceeded to show her an option which she approved. Moreover, I got what I needed to make repairs and got back upstairs. Furthermore, after making repairs, the bathroom drawer was giving issues, had to make some adjustments to accommodate new drain. In addition, I showed Diane, tested for leaks and none were found. In conclusion, all is operating accordingly at the moment. Replace P Trap under lavatory REMOVE EXISTING P TRAP AND INSTALL NEW PVC P TRAP. 1 year part and labor warranty
