Fault in shower valve handle in upstairs kids restroom. customer was using shower and handle broke off. Customer is going contact customer support for replacement handle and cartridge. Then will call us when ready. Shower valve is about 4+ years old.
Diagnosis system and found bad parts on a 33 year-old heater inside of a closet upstairs gave the Property Management company a few options one Which isn’t recommended. The other ones are to replace. They received them and informed me that they’re gonna work with the homeowner and making a decision that they will notify us when that happens.
