Arrived and discussed issue with customer. Found emergency drain pan full and unit shut off from the float switch safety. Diagnosed bad zone damper motor for main floor. Air filter was dirty and replaced with customer provided filter. Dirty filter and bad zone damper motor are causing the suction pressures to drop after running overtime. I cleared water out of the emergency drain pan. I discussed estimate options and maintenance programs with the customer.
