Installed new Econet zoning panel for main /basement system. Replaced both photo max uv light bulbs. Alex swapped filters when he was here. Systems working properly.
Warranty- Main/basement zoned 2017 Rheem air handler zone board throwing zone panel 1 communication codes. System is working properly but codes with appear periodically. Will be ordering new EWC zone board. I also changed 2-20x20x5 filters, cleaned dehumidifier filter and set all fan modes to automatic. Pics uploaded
Communication error. Found loose wire in zone panel. Tightened all wires in panel and system is now operating properly.
I performed a cooling maintenance on two heat pump air handler units I replaced both 20x20x5 filters I checked all electrical components on both units and checked the temp drops and cleaned the drain lines and I checked and cleaned the condensers and checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitors everything is in good working order at this time.
Warranty- Condensation pump is working, dehumidifier possibly freezing up due to a extremely dirty filter. I washed filter and checked system operations. Dehumidifier is now working properly. Pics uploaded
