Arrived and discussed issue with customer. I diagnosed upstairs unit is low on 410a refrigerant and the outdoor condenser coil is dirty causing elevated head pressure on the system. Arrived and discussed issue with customer. I diagnosed upstairs unit is low on 410a refrigerant and the outdoor condenser coil is dirty causing elevated head pressure on the system. If the system takes less refrigerant then the estimated amount the price will be adjusted accordingly. System took 3 pounds of 410a to reach factory required 10 degrees of subcool. Cleaned coil before adjusting the charge. System is currently cooling at manufacturers specifications. No leak search at this time and customer did sign up to be a maintenance member
