2 system CCM- Checked heating operations of Upstairs 1990 Ruud and Main level 2020 Rheem furnaces. Replaced 2-16x25x1 filters, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensors, Cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. Upstairs furnace not working because of a shorted inducer pressure switch and gas valve(AC/COIL was updated in 2020). Due to age customer is interested in talking with a comfort advisor.
