Arrived and discussed issue with customer. Upstairs unit not cooling and making a noise. Customer also later explained they saw the outdoor unit fan not running. Found water in emergency drain pan, diagnosed dirty outdoor coil and low on charge. After cleaning the coil I found I leak in the lineset we replaced last year. Fixed leak in lineset, pressure tested and pulled a vacuum. Recharged system under parts and labor warranty. Cleaned water out of emergency drain pan.System is currently cooling. Due to age of system I highly recommend a comfort advisor visit to schedule a quote for a full system change out.
