Job Checkin

I arrived to the unit not cooling properly. I proceeded to the thermostat and confirmed it was on and running. The Tenant let me know she had only been in the home for about a week and the system struggled to maintain a 74º set point. I found the filter for the unit to be extremely dirty causing complete air restriction. I then proceeded outside and found the compressor to be partially frozen. I diagnosed a failed capacitor and called Jonathan. I explained my finding to him and we discussed how i needed to replace the capacitor and further test the system to identify if it was low or had a leak. He agreed to replace the capacitor today as well as sign up for our preventative maintenance plan. I replaced the capacitor and proceeded to let the unit run for 15/20 mins. I did identify the unit to be low on refrigerant. I went back inside and proceeded to preform a courtesy leak search. I found the leak on the underside of the evaporator coil.
