Preformed heating maintenance on a single system heat pump. Tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. We did notice that the unit has growth forming in the evaporator pan and blower wiring. We are recommending a uv light and air scrubber to be installed. We proceeded to the outside unit to test all electrical components. All electrical components tested within manufacturer specifications. The start and run amps for he compressor and fan motors were testing within manufacturer specifications. We noticed the unit does not have surge protection. We are recommending two surge protectors for the inside and outside units. Unit was cooling upon departure.
