Job Checkin

Upon arrival, I found no immediate signs of a noise nor what system I should be diagnosing. After some general checks, I was able to determine that the downstairs unit is the one causing the noises. I began diagnosing and found the system is running on a lower than normal suction pressure. The filters on both systems are severely dirty. This is suffocating the units. The downstairs is in a worse state than the upstairs unit. It is currently freezing the evaporator coil. While checking the downstairs indoor unit, I came across the variable speed blower motor not revving up or down in response to static pressure change. This is likely due to a damaged ecm module because of the dirty filter. The capacitor on the downstairs outdoor unit tested 29/45. This is critically low. Both of the outdoor units are in need of cleaning and contactors. I gave the customer options to address these issues and he declined at the time of service. I emailed the options to the supplied email.
